Job Description

The Sales Manager oversees the sales team, sets sales goals, analyzes data, and develops training programs to ensure high performance. They play a key role in building customer relationships and expanding market reach. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies Set individual and team sales goals and track performance Identify new business opportunities and markets Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings Handle customer complaints or issues professionally Forecast sales trends and plan accordingly Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in sales (often 3-7+ years) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Analytical and strategic thinking skills Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
