Sales Manager — Southern Indiana / Greenwood Market We're looking for a motivated, competitive, high-character leader who can help us grow and manage a winning roofing sales team across Greenwood and the surrounding 50-mile market — north, south, east, and west, with the northern cutoff around the Fishers area. $40,000 base salary, with potential up to $50,000 depending on experiencePlus overridesPlus $2,500 quarterly bonuses for hitting KPIs What You'll Be Doing As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for helping recruit, train, motivate, and lead a team of roofing sales representatives. You'll be in the field with the team, helping them inspect homes, generate opportunities, follow up with homeowners, and move projects through the insurance restoration process. This is not a desk-only position. We need someone who can lead from the front, hold people accountable, and help build a winning culture. Responsibilities Recruit, train, and develop roofing sales representativesAssist reps in the field with inspections, door knocking, and customer appointmentsHelp drive claims, approvals, signed contracts, and completed projectsMonitor KPIs and make sure the team is staying on trackCoach reps on sales process, homeowner communication, follow-up, and closingWork with leadership to grow the Greenwood / Southern Indiana marketBuild strong relationships with homeowners, team members, and the community What We're Looking For Sales management experience preferredRoofing, storm restoration, insurance claim, or home improvement experience is a plusStrong leadership and communication skillsCompetitive mindset and willingness to winAbility to hold a team accountable while keeping them motivatedComfortable being in the field and working alongside repsOrganized, driven, and able to manage multiple people and prioritiesMust have reliable transportation Why Blue Ladder Roofing? Compensation Base salary:

$40,000, possibly up to $50,000 depending on experienceOverrides on team production$2,500 quarterly bonus opportunities for hitting KPIsGrowth opportunities as the company continues expanding.

Pay:

$56,417.96 - $167,944.20 per year
