Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Director of Sales to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across diverse markets. Duties Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to maximize revenue and market share Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple regions or divisions Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in B2B markets Drive new business development initiatives through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic marketing efforts Oversee outside sales activities, ensuring effective territory management and customer engagement Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales pipelines, analyze performance metrics, and forecast growth opportunities Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and support brand positioning Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals by applying strong technical knowledge and negotiation skills Conduct analysis of sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and refine strategies for continuous improvement Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of exceeding targets Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Expertise in business development, account management, and customer service excellence Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis Excellent negotiation skills combined with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of marketing principles and how they integrate with sales efforts Strong analysis skills to interpret data insights for decision-making purposes Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire motivation and drive results in fast-paced environments Ability to develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs while maintaining a focus on long-term relationships Must have sales management experience Join us as a Director of Sales , where your energy fuels growth!
