Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking an organized and results-driven Office Manager / Inside Sales professional to lead our daily operations and drive company growth. In this dual-function role, you will ensure our office runs efficiently while maximizing inside sales, handling client inquiries, and closing deals over the phone and via email.
Key Responsibilities Inside Sales & Customer Service Drive Revenue:
Manage and execute the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and upselling current accounts.
Customer Communication:
Answer inbound calls, respond to web leads, and make outbound calls to identify client needs and pitch products/services.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the company CRM.
Quote Creation:
Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes, preliminary estimates, and proposals to prospective clients.
Office Management Administrative Operations:
Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including answering phones, sorting mail, and managing office correspondence.
Inventory & Supplies:
Monitor and maintain office supply levels, equipment, and facility needs.
Scheduling:
Coordinate appointments, team calendars, and project schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
Vendor Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, building management, and IT support.
Reporting & Team Coordination Sales Tracking:
Monitor KPIs, track sales metrics, and provide management with regular reports on performance and forecasting.
Cross-Functional Support:
Work alongside marketing, finance, and field teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless customer execution.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
2-5 years of proven experience combining inside sales, customer service, and administrative/office management.
Sales Acumen:
Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Organization:
Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Tech Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus. What We Offer Base Salary +
