Job Description:
This position will lead strategic sales plans, revenue growth, and market expansion for construction parts, equipment, or industrial aftermarket parts. Key duties include defining go-to-market strategies, managing regional outside sales team, inside sales team, marketing group, and driving profitability in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership:
Establishing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue and profit targets. Developing KPI's for Sales Manage inside and territory sales teams, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation. Identify new market opportunities and develop sales plans to penetrate them. Build and maintain relationships with key clients. Set Sales goals, quotas, and budgets for regional teams. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Maintains and updates customer database, customer contacts, price levels, reviews / analyzes customer sales reports, identifies and takes appropriate action to grow sales based on related information. Attend trade shows Travel US and Canada roughly 70%
Strategic Alignment:
Align sales and Marketing strategies to optimize sales growth, pricing, product availability and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth business operations. Identify potential conflicts between sales and marketing goals and develop solutions to mitigate them.

Skills and Qualifications Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business and 10+ years in sales, marketing, within aftermarket parts.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of distribution networks, remanufactured components of heavy-duty parts.
Leadership:
Ability to lead large teams, manage budgets, and build executive-level relationships.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales and strategies aligned with overall business goals and to make informed decisions.
Market Analysis:
Staying informed about market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales and procurement strategies accordingly.
