Job Description

Cox Roofing is a family-owned company serving Indiana and Colorado since 2013. As an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor with 40+ years of combined experience and an Better Business Bureau A+ rating , we've built a reputation for quality, integrity, and performance. We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale a high-performing sales team while driving consistent revenue growth across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can coach, close, and build momentum . If you've led and developed sales teams — we need to talk. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead and develop both Outside and Inside Sales teams, driving performance and accountability Build and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth goals Work directly with leadership (COO, GM) to identify opportunities and improve sales performance Support reps in the field—coaching inspections, presentations, and closing techniques Establish strong sales processes, coverage, and pipeline management Train and mentor team members to improve production, consistency, and skill development Monitor key metrics, track performance, and ensure revenue and profitability targets are met Leverage CRM systems to drive visibility, accountability, and results Align with operations and other departments to ensure strong customer experience and execution Represent Cox Roofing at events, trade shows, and in the community Travel as needed, including storm-related opportunities What We're Looking For Proven experience leading sales teams in roofing, construction, or home improvement (2 + years in sales management required) Strong background in in-home / outside sales environments Track record of driving revenue growth and hitting performance targets Ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales talent at different levels Strong leadership presence with the ability to hold teams accountable Comfortable managing sales metrics, forecasting, and profitability Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making High level of ownership, urgency, and competitive drive
Compensation Base Salary:
