Job Description

Full-Time | On-Site | Salary/Commission/Bonus BFIT is seeking a results-driven Fitness Manager to take ownership of revenue growth, membership sales, and team development of our Newburgh Club. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves driving results, and knows how to close deals while inspiring a team. If you're passionate about fitness, sales, and building a strong community of members, this opportunity allows you to lead from the front and grow with a high-performing organization. Sales & Revenue Growth Drive membership and personal training package sales, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets. Conduct Orientations with new members, aiming for 15%+ close rates of PT Packages. Develop, train, and motivate your team to hit KPIs and increase conversion rates. Track and analyze
KPIs:
leads, closes, retention, and revenue growth. Team Leadership & Development Provide clear direction, accountability, and coaching for front desk and training staff. Set the standard by leading with energy, professionalism, and consistency. Qualifications Proven success in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role preferred. Strong track record of exceeding membership sales and revenue goals. Ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable. Excellent communication, customer service, and presentation skills. Experience using CRM and gym management software a plus Tech-savvy and comfortable using various platforms for lead management A passion for fitness, health, and helping people reach their goals.
What You'll Get Compensation:
Base salary + performance bonus ( est. $50,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience and results )
