You'll help bring the virtue of hospitality to life while we create an environment that allows you to be your best self and grow. What You'll Do The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for executing the hotel's catering sales strategy. Plan, coordinate, and service all catering events on the property. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate, social, and association groups. Develop catering proposals, contracts, and event orders. Respond to client and guest questions. Ensure that all event specifications are met, including food and beverage, décor, audio visual, and staffing. Actively prospect new catering business, seeking to make connections and generate revenue. Other reasonable duties as assigned. What You'll Bring A focus on building relationships and developing connections with clients and hotel department leaders. Desire to grow and contribute. Positive demeanor. Excellent organization and communication skills. Knowledge of hotel operations, events, or sales preferred.
