Director of Business Development -
Kansas Region Location:
Kansas Regional (Remote with Travel) -
Omnidirectional Expansion Career Path:
Direct Growth trajectory to VP of Business Development About the Role As our Director of Business Development for Kansas, you will be the primary architect of our multi-state expansion. We are currently in an "omnidirectional" growth phase, scaling our comprehensive clinical solutions into the Kansas post-acute market. This role is designed for a high-level strategist positioned as our "Director of Business Developement as we solidify our presence across state lines. Your mission is to secure service contracts with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), and Adult Care Homes throughout Kansas. You will represent our multispecialty group, presenting integrated clinical solutions—including medical services, psychiatric services, psychotherapy, and upcoming services such as dental, audiology, podiatry, wound care, and optometry.
Core Responsibilities Regional Team Building:
Identify, interview, and hire the clinical liaisons and regional support staff necessary to ensure successful operations as we open the Kansas territory.
Kansas Market Launch:
Execute a high-growth strategy to establish our presence in Kansas, navigating regional healthcare trends and competitor activities.
Relationship Management:
Leverage an existing "book of business" to build trust with facility administrators, executive directors, and regional owners within the Kansas healthcare network.
Multispecialty Advocacy:
Communicate the value of an integrated approach to patient care, emphasizing improved clinical outcomes and facility efficiency for Kansas residents.
Full Sales Cycle:
Lead the process from initial outreach and discovery meetings to contract negotiation and successful onboarding of new partner facilities. The Compensation Structure (Uncapped Potential)
Competitive Base Salary:
Consistent monthly income to support market entry.
Per-Building Signing Bonus:
One-time bonuses for every new Kansas contract secured, tiered by facility type (SNF, ALF, etc.).
Monthly Stipend:
To cover regional travel and business-related expenses across the state.
Staff and Facility Retention Bonus Qualifications & Skills Kansas Regional Expertise:
Strong, existing relationships with SNF/ALF leadership in Kansas is highly preferred to ensure immediate market impact.
Proven Connections:
3-5 years of business development experience specifically within the post-acute or long-term care sectors.
Leadership Maturity:
Experience with recruitment and team management; you will have the authority to hire the team you need to succeed.
Strategic Growth Mindset:
A desire to move into executive leadership (VP level) as the company continues its multi-state expansion.
Travel:
Willingness to travel regionally (up to 75%) to support growth in the new Kansas territory. Why Join Us?
