Your Purpose as aSales Director:
Responsible for leading Sales Managers and Product Specialists to ensure that all sales processes and guest interactions are executed with excellence and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role also focuses on developing and growing internal talent within the Sales Department to build a strong and future-ready leadership team.In Your Role:
Lead, coach, and mentor Sales Managers and Product Specialists to strengthen leadership, decision-making, and operational effectiveness, while creating individualized development plans to support career growth. Provide regular performance feedback and conduct one-on-one coaching sessions focused on leadership development, identifying skill gaps and delivering targeted coaching in areas such as team motivation, process management, and guest engagement. Model a positive, accountable, guest-first culture that inspires the entire sales team, while promoting continuous learning through internal and external leadership development opportunities. Conduct workshops and role-play sessions to enhance sales leadership, deal structure knowledge, and team coaching capabilities. Oversee daily sales operations through Sales Managers, ensuring consistency, process compliance, and adherence to dealership standards, including guest satisfaction and lead response times. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and guide Sales Managers and Product Specialists to improve overall performance and results. Ensure smooth collaboration across all departments to deliver a cohesive and seamless sales experience. Partner with the General Manager to establish short- and long-term sales goals, and develop and communicate strategies that drive growth, retention, and profitability. Basic Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicleAdditional Qualifications:
Strong leadership experience with ability to elevate employees for future roles Strong knowledge of dealership operations, inventory management, and finance processes. Proficiency with CRM and DMS systems (e.g., Route One, Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds, etc.). Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
