Overview Territory:
Greater Cincinnati area - Duck Creek, West Chester, Blue Ash, Norwood & Oakley, OH We are seeking an energetic and strategic Manager of District Sales to lead our sales teams and drive business growth across assigned territories. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, foster strong customer relationships, and lead a dynamic team toward achieving ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their management expertise and sales acumen to expand our market presence. Responsibilities Lead and motivate district sales teams to meet and exceed sales goals through effective management and coaching. Develop comprehensive business development plans to identify new market opportunities and expand existing customer accounts. Manage key B2B (business-to-business) relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives and brand awareness. Utilize technology tools such as Salesforce to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies. Oversee account management activities, ensuring consistent communication and value delivery to clients. Conduct regular analysis of sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Experience Proven success in outside sales with a focus on B2B environments, preferably within the beverage, technology, or related industries. Strong management skills with experience leading diverse teams toward common objectives. Demonstrated ability in business development, negotiation, and account management. Familiarity with marketing principles and leveraging technology platforms like Salesforce for analysis and reporting. Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset. Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market insights to drive strategic growth.
