Director of Sales:
As the Director of Sales with Superhost Hospitality at Holiday Inn Lexington, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of our business.
Your responsibilities include:
Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identifying new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition. Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an individual with the following attributes:
Sales Leadership:
Proven success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
Strategic Thinker:
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Relationship Building:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Innovative:
Keen awareness of market trends and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
Previous experience in a senior sales management role within the hospitality industry is required. Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. What to Expect in
