Business Development Manager - Cardiac PET About CDL Nuclear At CDL Nuclear, we support cardiology practices nationwide with innovative healthcare and medical life science solutions. Since 1992, we have delivered advanced imaging services to more than 850 healthcare facilities and continue to lead the way in Cardiac PET. Location & Schedule Full-Time with Benefits and Bonus Structure Remote, based in: Houston, TX or New Orleans, Baton Rouge, or Lafayette, LA Travel throughout the region required Position Overview The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in strengthening and expanding relationships with existing CDL accounts across the region. This position is focused on improving customer experience, increasing patient access to Cardiac PET, and helping practices drive both clinical and financial performance. Success in this role comes from building trust, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our partners fully benefit from CDL's service offerings. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders Serve as a trusted partner to customers, enhancing their experience with CDL services Identify opportunities to expand services and increase patient access to Cardiac PET Negotiate contracts and close agreements focused on long-term value Manage and oversee accounts throughout the full lifecycle of each agreement Ensure successful implementation and ongoing delivery of services Respond promptly to customer needs and effectively manage escalations Collaborate across teams to support customer success and business growth ✅ What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client-focused roles Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Proven ability to deliver solutions that meet client needs Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to travel up to 75% What We Offer Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunity Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Company-paid Life and Long-Term Disability insurance Short-Term Disability coverage 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and generous PTO Employee referral program and discounts Overnight travel per diem State licensure reimbursement Hands-on training and professional development Growth and advancement opportunities Why Join CDL Nuclear?
