Job Description

Sales & Team Operations Manager (People + Performance + Culture) We're looking for someone who brings energy, positivity, and leadership to our team. This role is a mix of sales leadership, team accountability, and culture-building —you'll be the person helping keep the team aligned, supported, and performing at a high level. Our team lead is highly analytical and focused on growth—we're looking for someone who complements that with strong people skills, warmth, and the ability to connect with and develop others. Who This Role Is For You're someone who: Naturally builds relationships and creates a positive environment Has experience in sales, cold calling, or client service Enjoys coaching, mentoring, or developing people Can listen to calls, give feedback, and improve performance Takes ownership—when something needs to be handled, you handle it Is organized, proactive, and comfortable holding others accountable What You'll Be Responsible For Team Leadership & Oversight Manage and support sales team members and virtual assistants Oversee schedules, coverage, and time-off approvals Conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching Act as a right hand to leadership—help keep priorities focused Culture, Morale & Team Experience Create and maintain a positive, team-first environment Plan team events, outings, and internal contests Recognize wins, milestones, and achievements Build systems that keep the team engaged and motivated Recruiting & Onboarding Support hiring and interview processes Own onboarding systems, checklists, and training flow Ensure new hires feel welcomed, supported, and set up for early success Sales Support & Coaching Help agents structure their day and focus on high-impact activities Provide guidance on: Scripts and objection handling Lead conversion and follow-up habits Listen to calls and provide feedback to improve performance Step in during high-stress client situations when needed Lead Management & Distribution Monitor and manage lead flow across the team Track performance metrics like response time, follow-up, and conversion Adjust or pause lead distribution based on performance standards Clearly communicate expectations and improvement plans Accountability & Performance Own team KPIs, dashboards, and weekly check-ins Identify performance gaps early and address them Ensure team members are hitting 30-60-90 day benchmarks Maintain compliance with MLS/board requirements Systems, Reporting & Coordination Maintain clean data in CRM and reporting systems Track trends and provide insights to leadership Oversee vendor performance and lead ROI Manage client care touches (birthdays, milestones, etc.) What Matters Most People skills
