Key Responsibilities Lead & Mentor:
Manage and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to meet and exceed monthly volume and gross profit targets.
Inventory Management:
Utilize your expertise to manage the used car department, including appraisals, pricing, and merchandising.
Deal Structuring:
Work closely with the finance department to desk deals efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Training:
Conduct regular sales training and one-on-one coaching to sharpen the team's closing skills and product knowledge.
Customer Experience:
Ensure every guest receives a world-class experience, maintaining the high reputation of the Subaru brand.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of Automotive Management experience.
Used Car Expertise:
Strong background in used car valuations, inventory turn, and auction platforms.
Leadership:
A "lead-by-example" mentality with the ability to inspire a diverse team.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with CRM software, inventory management tools (vAuto or similar), and desking software.
