Our company is one of the top providers of disaster restoration cleaning services in the United States. The company is growing and provides state of the art solutions to commercial and residential property owners after they experience fire, water, mold or sewage damage. This is a straight commission position to start which can ultimately lead to a base salary and additional incentives package which would include medical, vacation pay, sick time, 401K and potential for discretionary bonuses. Additional benefits include company cell phone and vehicle reimbursement. Company shirts and jacket must be worn. Strong driving record is required. Interested applicants Need to reside in Downtown Boston or North Shore area. This is an on-call position that requires the ability to have a flexible schedule. We expect a professional appearance and strong company presentation at all times--you will be a reflection of our company while on the road. Duties Introduce our services to commercial property and facilities managers, business owners, and residential homeowners within the Downtown Boston, Cambridge, and North Shore areas Perform online and field reserach to identify new business opportunities and leads Represent the company with professionalism and maintain a polished appearance and strong brand presence Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups Skills Effective communication skills both written and verbal Initiative and persuasiveness to close the sale Decision making in high stress environment
Pay:
Up to $100,000.00 per year
