We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to help lead this charge and bring our trusted IT solutions to more communities. The Role We are seeking a strategic, people-focused Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enabling company growth by expanding our market presence within the education and government sectors (SLED). You will not only build, manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, but also help solidify our sales standards and leverage AI and automations to make our sales processes more efficient and reliable.
Key Responsibilities Lead & Mentor:
Build, train, and coach a high-performing sales team. Foster a collaborative environment where team members support one another and are empowered to succeed.
Strategic Growth:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting schools and state & local government agencies. Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Process Improvement:
Establish clear, reliable sales processes. Champion the use of CRM tools and sales automation to streamline workflows.
Relationship Building:
Act as an executive sponsor on key accounts. Cultivate deep client relationships to ensure our sales approach is directly aligned and focused, on solving the real challenges faced by our clients.
Clear Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast sales goals, and communicate team performance to executive leadership with clarity, purpose and precision.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role.
Industry Knowledge:
Proven experience selling IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions is highly preferred. Experience selling into the SLED (State, Local, and Education) market is highly preferred.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you clearly communicate expectations to your team and deliver value propositions clearly effectively to clients.
Tech-Savvy:
