About the Role As Sales Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving the profitability, performance, and customer satisfaction of our New and Used Vehicle Sales Departments. This hands-on position requires dynamic leadership and a proactive approach to managing people, inventory, process, and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Execute dealership business plans to drive growth in sales and financial services. Manage New and Used vehicle inventory, forecasting sales, and planning promotions. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute monthly advertising and promotional strategies. Hire, coach, and develop a motivated sales team focused on performance and customer service. Support sales staff by assisting with customer interactions, desking deals, trade appraisals, and administrative tasks. Oversee sales goals, ensuring monthly targets are met or exceeded. Maintain a strong customer-centric culture and resolve client concerns efficiently. Promote training through regular sales meetings and ongoing mentorship. Stay current with OEM programs, financial products, vehicle trends, and compliance regulations. Ensure all dealership operations are in line with OMVIC, provincial laws, and health & safety standards. Qualifications Valid Ontario driver's license with clean abstract. Experience in Automotive Sales Management is a strong asset. Must have management experience in come capacity. Proven leadership, coaching, and goal-setting capabilities. Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. Flexible availability including some evenings and Saturdays.
