) Independence Nissan of Wellesley | Boston Market Powered by Independence Auto Group This is not a "maintain the status quo" GSM role. This is a launch pad to General Manager for the right operator. At Independence Nissan of Wellesley, we are building one of the most aggressive growth-focused dealer groups in the country. We are looking for a killer — someone who can lead people, drive culture, hold gross, create accountability, and scale operations at a high level. We don't believe in slow growth. About the Store Independence Nissan of Wellesley is one of the newest and most exciting Nissan opportunities in the Northeast. Located directly in the Boston market, the store has massive upside, a strong market presence, and ownership that is fully invested in building a powerhouse operation.
We are actively scaling:
New + used vehicle volume Luxury/exotic operations Subprime and special finance Digital and social media dominance Operational process and accountability Leadership development from within This is a rare opportunity to get into a store early during rapid expansion and become a cornerstone piece of the leadership structure.
