Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager / Inside Sales professional specializing in electrical supplies to lead our local operations and drive sales growth. This role combines strategic management with proactive customer engagement, requiring a comprehensive understanding of B2B sales, technical product knowledge, and team leadership. The successful candidate will oversee daily branch activities, develop new business opportunities, and foster strong relationships with clients and vendors alike. Responsibilities Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve revenue targets and improve overall branch performance Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on expanding B2B customer base within the electrical supplies sector Cultivate relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through targeted marketing and outreach efforts Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations to clients, ensuring they understand product benefits and applications Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction Oversee inventory management, order processing, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet client expectations Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that increase branch visibility and attract new customers Provide leadership in developing staff skills through coaching, training, and performance evaluations Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in electrical supplies Experience Proven experience in outside sales or inside sales roles within the electrical supplies or related technical industries Demonstrated management experience leading a sales or customer service team in a fast-paced environment Strong background in B2B sales strategies combined with expertise in marketing and business development Familiarity with technology sales concepts and proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Excellent negotiation skills coupled with analytical abilities to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Ability to analyze sales metrics effectively to inform strategic decision-making This position offers an engaging environment where your leadership can directly influence branch success while fostering meaningful client partnerships.
