General Sales Manager - High-Performance Dealer Group We're a high-volume, well-established dealer group seeking a General Sales Manager who knows how to lead from the front, close at a high level, and build a culture that wins—every day.

This is not a desk-only role. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, hold teams accountable, and consistently deliver both market share and gross .
What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across new and used departments Drive consistent high volume while protecting and maximizing gross profit Desk deals and step in to close when needed—you set the tone Build, grow, and cultivate a winning team culture rooted in accountability and results Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and execute strategies to gain market share Ensure strong process adherence across the sales funnel—from lead to delivery Partner with executive leadership to forecast, plan, and hit aggressive targets
What We're Looking For:
Proven success as a General Sales Manager (or high-level Sales Manager ready to step up) Strong leadership presence —respected, decisive, and performance-driven A true closer with the ability to train and elevate others Demonstrated ability to build and retain top talent Relentless focus on accountability, execution, and results Deep understanding of balancing volume growth with gross profitability Competitive mindset with a drive to dominate your market
