Automotive New Vehicle Sales Manager
Requirements
Must have three years or more of New Vehicle Sales Management experience
vAuto, Dealertrack, and eLeads experience a plus!
Leadership skills with a real passion for training sales team employees
Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating to price
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
Great organization and follow-up skills
Authorized to work in the USA
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug test
