Job description The Marketer is responsible for: Maximizing facility's census through interactions including referral sources. Assists in achieving revenue targets and providing sales and marketing support for the Center. Responsible for local market analysis and coordinating facility marketing plans. A successful marketer knows how to manage all aspects of sales operations. The marketer tests different sales plans and adjusts the sales strategy as needed to increase profits. Work closely with entire leadership team, prospects and other stakeholders. Some examples of daily Marketer's job duties include: Setting sales goals and quotas Researching the market and competitors Ability to handle multiple priorities and is competent in organizational and time management skills Building relationships with prospects and referral sources Coordinate internal publicity events Qualifications To be successful in this position, candidates need certain skills and qualifications, including: Previous sales/marketing skills and experience Understanding of market trends and adaptability to follow those trends Strong leadership and sales skills Analytical skills to evaluate data and use it to make decisions Motivational and influential Problem-solving and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and strategic planning Bachelor's degree Leadership experience
