Full Job Description General Summary :
Director of Planning and Strategy Execution serves as a key resource for annual, strategic, and business planning for Sheppard Pratt. In collaboration with the Chief Strategic & Business Planning, responsible for the facilitation, development, execution, and monitoring of the health system's annual and strategic plans, business opportunity identification and evaluation, business plans, and mandated regulatory efforts across the care continuum.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required :
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, management consulting, or leadership roles, in a complex health care environment; Proven track record in strategic execution, organizational leadership, and change management; Familiarity with healthcare delivery systems, ideally in psychiatric settings; Thorough and broad understanding of current issues and future challenges facing healthcare delivery systems; Strong financial acumen with experience in aligning financial resources with strategic goals; Experience working with senior leadership teams, executive leaders, and external stakeholders. Advanced Analytics and visual presentation skills with ability to conduct strategic analysis, develop financial models and complete internal/external research to support business decisions; Critical thinking and problem solving; Strong interpersonal and leadership communication, clear verbal and written communication, and demonstrate a high degree of comfort leading, facilitating, and interacting with diverse groups; Demonstrated ability to develop, execute, and adjust business plans; Relationship Building and collaboration; Project Management.
