This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to build winning teams, and consistently drives profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll step into a key strategic role with strong operational support and long‑term growth potential. What You'll Do Lead and coach the sales team with hands‑on training and proven closing strategies Drive profitability across all variable operations Oversee all showroom activities and maintain expert-level product knowledge Analyze and improve Customer Satisfaction metrics to ensure top‑tier performance Hire, mentor, motivate, and manage New & Used Sales, Internet Sales, Finance Managers, and Service Drive Sales Conduct daily and weekly sales training for Sales and Product Specialists Build, implement, and monitor strong CRM and follow‑up processes Establish and enforce delivery procedures that create standout customer experiences Ensure every delivery includes service department introductions and first service scheduling Achieve monthly and annual OEM goals for sales, gross, and expense control What We're Looking For 5+ years of General Sales Manager experience overseeing full variable operations Proven success building and developing high‑performing sales teams Strong CSI results with above‑average gross and net profits Expertise in showroom and digital traffic generation (SEO, SEM, internet sales, and traditional media) Extensive experience leading a BDC department Background in used vehicle purchasing, merchandising, and marketing Strong desk management oversight and F&I income optimization through training Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to pass a background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug screening Valid driver's license
