Benefits Incredibly flexible Health Insurance plans Education Reimbursement Paid time off Opportunities for internal promotions Position summary This executive role is accountable for developing and executing integrated growth strategies across hospice, home health, behavioral health, and emerging service lines, aligning strategic planning, business development, marketing, and market analytics to deliver measurable results. This is a critical leadership position for a seasoned healthcare professional who brings a strong market orientation, executive presence, and a relationship-driven approach to growth. What You'll Do Own enterprise growth outcomes, including market share expansion, referral development, and service line performance Develop and execute system-wide strategic partnership initiatives with hospitals, health systems, skilled nursing facilities, and community providers Lead and hold accountable business development functions, including direct management and development of a team of consultants Integrate strategy, marketing, and business development into a unified, results-driven approach to growth Leverage market data, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics to inform strategy and drive decision-making Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth initiatives with operational capacity and long-term organizational priorities What You'll Bring 7-10+ years of progressive healthcare business development or strategic leadership experience Strong background in post-acute care (home health, hospice, skilled nursing, or related) preferred Demonstrated success driving significant growth and increasing market presence Proven ability to lead teams and influence at the executive level Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills Commitment to mission-driven, community-based care We welcome leaders with diverse perspectives who are energized by shaping strategy and driving organizational growth.
