Michigan The Opportunity We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Manager to expand our market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth throughout Northern Michigan. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor to contractors, builders, municipalities, and commercial customers. As the Northern Michigan Territory Manager, you will represent all of our products and services offered at Manthei Supply, while delivering exceptional customer support and market expertise. While part of a collaborative, supportive team, this role offers the autonomy to thrive independently in the field. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory growth goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Northern Michigan. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, engineers, municipalities, and commercial customers. Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Prepare quotes, proposals, and project estimates in collaboration with internal teams. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs. Collaborate with personnel to ensure outstanding customer service and project execution. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives. Other Skills, Abilities, Licenses, or Certifications Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required Ability to lift and transport 50 lbs. of product samples and promotional materials Comfortable using CRM tools, mobile apps, and Microsoft Office Must be open to regular travel, including overnight stays Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or related field preferred 2-4 years of sales experience in construction, landscape, or hardscape industries preferred Hands-on field service, contracting, or installation experience a plus Attributes We're looking for someone who embodies the heart of Manthei Supply and
