Job Description

Senior Living Sales Director 15181 Ford Rd, Dearborn, MI 48126 $70,000 a year - Full-time $70,000 a year - Full-time Job Summary We are hiring a Senior Living Sales Director to work in our friendly office. The Village, a large Independent Living community set on 35 acres has a great opportunity for a seasoned Sales Director. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Senior Living Sales experience is required.
Responsibilities include:
  • Takes the lead for sales planning and execution
  • Conducting phone and direct sales calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Provide face-face consultative sales tours with families and prospects
  • Developing a strategy for each prospect from initial inquiry to final decision
  • Visit planning
  • Closing the deal
Maintaining Salesforce CRMQualifications:
Two or more years of experience in Senior Living Sales. Bachelor's degree preferred. Base salary $70k + commission + monthly bonus. Paid time off including Holidays and sick days. Health Insurance.
