Job Description
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Managing and overseeing our car wash locations; Train and manage car wash managers to carry out the daily functions of the business; Visit and communicate with car wash managers to ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures, visual directives, and customer experiences; Develop action plans with car wash managers to correct problems and the implementation of company policies and procedures; Recruit, develop, and retain qualified managers to ensure staffing needs are consistently met; Communicate with car wash managers and team members on a daily basis in order to obtain and produce information to identify and reduce problems, create solutions, and increase efficiencies; Administer corrective actions as needed, up to and including termination, and Ensure each car wash location meet the company standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organization. Monitoring and delivering supplies and revenue drops
Qualifications:
1-2 years multi-store management experience; Must have mechanical background; Background in marketing, social media management, and Human Resource; Strives for operational excellence in all areas with proactive entrepreneurial spirit, and Flexible and able to work 5 to 6 days a week based on business needs.- 1 week paid vacation after 6 months
