Requirements:

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Regional Manager ensures consistency, quality, and operational excellence across multiple 7 Brew locations in the Buffalo area. This leader will support shop managers, drive team performance, and create a positive, people-first environment where every guest leaves smiling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Guest Experience Oversee daily operations for multiple drive-thru locations. Ensure brand standards in speed, quality, safety, and cleanliness. Regularly visit shops to coach teams, resolve issues, and celebrate wins. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and mentor Shop Managers and Shift Leads. Foster accountability, recognition, and personal growth. Conduct regular performance check-ins and training sessions. Financial & Strategic Execution Support and review shop-level budgets, sales targets, and labor costs. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies. Partner with ownership on new shop openings and community initiatives. Culture & Guest Satisfaction Promote the 7 Brew culture of positivity and hospitality. Respond to guest feedback promptly and with care. Celebrate team milestones and encourage healthy competition.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience leading teams in quick-service, drive-thru, or coffee environments. Strong leadership and communication skills—you inspire others through action. Financial acumen—comfortable with labor, COGS, and performance metrics. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Working knowledge of POS, scheduling systems, and reporting tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

PHYSICAL & SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to sit, stand, and move for long periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Frequent travel between store locations (>75%). Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as business demands.
