Job Description

Core Responsibilities Proactively develop and grow new business through outbound sales efforts targeting contractors, builders, developers, and designers . Manage and grow an assigned territory, building a strong pipeline of qualified leads and long-term client relationships. Conduct in-person sales calls, jobsite visits, showroom tours, and client meetings to promote Armadio's cabinetry solutions. Educate customers on Armadio's product offerings, pricing, lead times, manufacturing capabilities, and competitive advantages. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive, hunter-style approach to sales, including cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and other assertive prospecting tactics to generate new business and build a strong pipeline. Sales & Revenue Growth Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPI expectations set by the Sales Manager. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies. Support promotional efforts, special programs, and new product launches in the field. Collaboration & Internal Coordination Work closely with the Sales Manager, Designers, and Operations teams to ensure accurate quoting, smooth order flow, and on-time delivery. Relay customer requirements clearly to internal teams to avoid errors and delays. Participate in regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and forecasting discussions. CRM, Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, notes, and pipeline activity in the CRM system. Provide regular sales activity reports, forecasts, and feedback to the Sales Manager. Follow established sales processes, pricing guidelines, and approval workflows. Customer Experience & Brand Representation Represent Armadio professionally and consistently in the field, reinforcing the brand's reputation for quality, reliability, and service. Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate resolutions with internal teams when needed. Build long-term partnerships that lead to repeat business and referrals. Additional Responsibilities Attend industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and continuing education opportunities as required. Support showroom traffic and special events when requested by the Sales Manager. Perform other sales-related duties as assigned to support company growth.
