Sales Manager - Exterior Remodeling

Serving the greater Kalamazoo area and the 45 mile surrounding area.' 'Summary' 'We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Patriot Exteriors LLC. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven sales leader with experience managing teams preferably in home improvement; specifically: roofing, siding, and windows.' 'Responsibilities' ' Lead and develop the outside sales team to achieve company goals. Lead, coach, train, and develop a team of sales professionals. Track, manage, and execute against key sales KPI's. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the exterior remodeling industry. Coordinate with marketing to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Conduct sales meetings, ride-alongs, and performance reviews. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps. Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting Work with reps in the field and in the office with ongoing training. Evening and Saturday Availability.

Ownership, marketing, and production.' 'Qualifications' Proven experience preferably within the exterior remodeling or home improvement industry. Strong personal sales performance history Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. KPI driven mindset with accountability focus. Familiarity with CRM software such as Acculynx. High Energy, competitive, and professional. D2D experience preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
