Job Overview:
- The
- Senior Director, Sales
- will be responsible for Keurig Dr Pepper's (KDP's) full portfolio of business in the Grocery channel of trade.

- + Contribute to the development of the Annual Operating Plan.
Total Rewards:
- + Salary range $183,500 - $250,000 + Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors + Benefits, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off, 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement + Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility + Long-term incentive equity based on eligibility •
Requirements:
- + Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; MBA a plus.

years of strategic sales leadership experience with a customer-focused team in grocery channel with CPG. + Proven success developing, retaining, and leading a sales organization. + Exceptional sales skills including negotiation, conflict management, account management, account penetration, strategic selling, category management, sales forecasting, and leading edge sales strategies. + Strong demonstrated track record of goal achievement with high integrity.Company Overview:
