Responsibilities dentify and pursue new business opportunities. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Meet or exceed room-night, group, and revenue goals. Negotiate contracts and pricing within hotel guidelines. Manage a portfolio of corporate, association, government, sports, tour, or social accounts. Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs). Sell guest room blocks, meeting rooms, banquet space, and catering services. Coordinate with event planning, catering, and operations teams to ensure successful execution. Conduct hotel tours for prospective clients. Research market trends and competitor activity. Generate leads through Marriott's sales systems and personal networking. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Requirements (Must Have) Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a Marriott-branded hotel. Proficiency in Marriott sales systems, including CI/TY and Marriott
FSPMS/FPMS
. Demonstrated knowledge of Marriott sales programs, account management processes, and reporting tools. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving hotel revenue growth.
