This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape sales strategy, build strong client relationships, and leverage our updated facilities to capture market share. As a pivotal leader, you will harness your expertise in management and technology solutions to expand our market presence and deliver exceptional customer value. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on expanding market share and increasing revenue streams. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals across outside sales, account management, and business development to achieve ambitious targets. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners through effective negotiation and strategic account management. Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, utilizing analytical skills to identify opportunities and optimize sales processes. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness. Drive business development by exploring new markets, identifying emerging trends, and leveraging technology sales expertise to position our offerings competitively. Oversee catering operations, including menu planning, staff management, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective event coordination and coordination. Experience Proficiency in the Hilton PEP operating system. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for analysis, reporting, and strategic planning. Strong background in technology or technical sales with an understanding of complex solutions. Demonstrated success in managing large accounts, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster collaboration in a demanding environment.
