RESPONSIBILITIES

Increase membership sales Maintain strong member retention Drive revenue growth Oversee day-to-day operations Lead and motivate a team Provide ongoing training for sales staff Create a positive studio culture Initiate and participate in grassroots marketing and community outreach events Provide five star customer service to members and prospects Resolve member issues/conflicts effectively Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures Expand social media presence Manage class and sales associate schedules Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio

COMPENSATION & PERKS

Salary = $40,000

• $45,000 plus Bonus = $25,000
• $30,000+ Health Insurance Free Pilates classes available to all employees outside of work hours Potential for growth within the studios
