We specialize in brokering vehicle moves across the nation for dealerships, automotive auctions, commercial, individual clients. We have a network of over 3,600+ carriers that utilize our platforms to deliver exceptional transportation service from point to point for all vehicle shipping needs. About the Position This position will cover the recruiting, hiring, training, developing and motivating top talent in order to maximize gross profit and key performance metrics in assigned area. The Sales Manager will also be the role model for the Sales Representatives in all aspects of the job and demonstrating a professional, high-performing, ethical image. They are responsible for making sure all Sales Representatives are providing top notch customer service and achieving their sales goals. Duties
- Develop, maintain, and distribute the processes for Sales Representative success
- Conduct sales trainings for new Sales Representatives
- Ensure that each Sales Representative receives the appropriate training for their position
- Help train representatives individually on how to make cold calls and find new clients
- Work with Sales Representatives on how to keep, maintain, and grow their existing accounts
- Oversee Sales Representative's pricing on their moves to ensure that they are meeting the required performance metrics
- Stay up to date on market conditions and how they reflect pricing and capacity and relay to the Sales team
- Conduct daily sales huddles and weekly sales meetings
- Measure individual performance to ensure that each Sales Representative is meeting the performance metrics set by management
- Measure Sales team performance metrics against budget requirements
- Conduct monthly 1-on-1's with sales representatives for performance reviews
- Work with the Marketing teams to ensure that Sales implementations are in line with the marketing strategy
- Coordinate with the Sales Support and Dispatch teams to solve issues and work through problems or obstacles
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Managing the creation and division of sales territories
- Other duties as assigned Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ years of experience in sales
- 1+ years of experience in moving cars
- Experience training and raising up new hires
Pay:
