Job Description

Lakeside Cabins is a family-owned company with our headquarters right here in Shiloh, Ohio. We've been growing rapidly, and now we're looking for a motivated Regional Manager to help us continue expanding in Ohio. This role is all about building a market, developing Sales Representatives, and driving growth.
What You'll Do:
Identify, develop, and close new business within your territory Lead and coach Sales Representatives to succeed in their markets Use a consultative sales approach to convert prospects into buyers Maintain accurate tracking of your sales pipeline through CRM tools Oversee sales activities, provide leadership, and ensure goals are met
What We're Looking For:
Experience with a structured sales process A proven record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets Ability to overcome objections and deliver results Strong verbal and written communication skills Background in high-ticket sales (car sales, furniture, real estate, etc.) is a plus
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with bi-weekly payouts You'll also earn a 1% override on all sales across your branches/market. Why Join Us?
