Job Description
Senior Sales Manager, PO Lighting USA Inc., Troy, MI. Analyze, manage, and assure PO Lighting USA Inc. current and future product development and manufacturing capacities and capabilities. Plan, develop, manage, deploy, and control sales strategies, sales, performance, and full commercial responsibility for OEM Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) customers relationships, sales accounts, short/medium/long term objectives, current/future business pursuits, for multi-million dollar lighting systems accounts for BEV passenger vehicle head (HL)/tailgate/bodyside/turn/grille/fascia lamps and center high mounted stop lamps (CHMSL); and HL lighting electronics; printed circuit boards/assemblies (PCBs/PCBAs); and tailgate products. Required travel in U.S. (MI/TX/CA) to meet

maker senior purchasing/engineering employees to negotiate agreements, and present new technologies and advanced development projects; to POLS Monterrey Mexico plant for customer business meetings, up to 6 weeks per year (equal to 12% annual travel).
