In this role, you will develop strategic sales initiatives, foster strong customer relationships, and oversee daily sales operations. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and retail management standards are maintained. This is a Bonus Eligible position Responsibilities Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to target markets and corporate accounts. Analyze sales data to project revenue, set targets, and identify new markets. Manage customer relationships by identifying needs and resolving concerns. Lead and develop the sales team through training and performance evaluations. Collaborate with executives to establish quotas and sales strategies. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows. Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring expenses align with goals. Perform other duties as assigned by executive leadership Familiarity with hotel sales concepts such as pricing strategies and sales forecasting. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent organizational skills and time management. $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
