The Glenn Buffalo, Buffalo MN Director of Sales Responsibilities:
Drive occupancy growth through effective sales techniques and strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents, their families, and professional referral sources. Conduct tours with prospective residents, showcasing the community and its services to effectively close sales. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and innovate our sales approaches. Collaborate with the executive team on pricing strategies and promotional offers. Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring all leads are followed up on promptly and accurately. Report on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Director of Sales Qualifications:
Solid experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in senior living or healthcare industries. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with a diverse clientele. Strategic and analytical thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and solving problems. Resilient and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
