As an Area Manager, you will be the driving force behind process improvements and overall business success in your area. Duties Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple commercial cleaning locations Supervise, support, and manage cleaning staff and site supervisors Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and clients Build and maintain positive client relationships through regular communication and site visits Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards and company expectations are met Address and resolve client concerns, service issues, and employee matters immediately Coordinate staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance management Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and cleaning protocols Monitor supply inventory and coordinate equipment or supply needs Assist with onboarding and training new employees Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication with upper management Qualifications Proven management experience with a track record of supervising teams in a fast-paced environment Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate goals into actionable plans. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Business development experience with a focus on expanding customer base and increasing sales revenue Skilled in project management, process improvement, and implementing operational efficiencies Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.
