Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and help drive revenue growth through business development and customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives to maximize revenue and market share. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to promote customer loyalty and retention. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new markets, prospects, and channels for growth. Oversee negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions ensuring favorable terms while maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications Proven experience in sales leadership roles with a track record of exceeding targets in a competitive environment. Demonstrated expertise in business development, strategic planning, and project management. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively. Deep understanding of sales processes combined with the ability to analyze data for strategic decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams alike.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
