They are responsible for overseeing club performance Friday - Sunday, and assisting the General Manager with developing and mentoring the club sales staff - as well as assisting the General Manager with helping the club and staff achieve membership sales goals. Previous experience in sales, leadership and motivation are necessary. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to advance. Paid vacation, a complimentary membership, and full medical benefits, vision benefits and dental benefits are included. You will be paid hourly, overtime and commissions, plus potential bonuses based on meeting club performance goals. Job:

40% of your day you will be marketing. 40% of your day you will be contacting prospects. 20% you will be touring and selling memberships. The job is fast-paced and in an exciting environment! Duties are primarily inside sales and outside marketing, as well as assisting the sales team along with the General Manager with the job duties - including business to business, business to consumer, "guerrilla" marketing such as getting flyers out to guests and businesses, social media marketing, and more!
