Compensation:
$90,000 to $130,000 base + uncapped commission per move-in (OTE $110K to $170K+)

A True Outside Sales Role With Real Impact This is a territory-based, full-cycle sales role focused on lead generation, tour conversion, and move-ins . You will build relationships with hospitals, SNFs, TCUs, discharge planners, case managers, and social workers , then guide families through tours and decisions at our Waconia and Elmore communities. This is not an inbound-only role. Success comes from consistent outreach, strong follow-up, and the ability to close . What You Can Earn Base salary provides stability while you build your book of business. Commission is paid per move-in, directly tied to occupancy growth . Current average commission earnings are around $15,000 annually , with higher upside for top performers. Strong performers drive higher income through increased referral flow, tours, and conversion rates . Earnings grow as your pipeline, relationships, and close rate improve . Why This Role Is Different You are expected to prospect, build, and close , not just manage inquiries. You are selling assisted living and memory care with a focus on Medical Assistance and underserved populations . You are helping families who often have limited housing options , creating meaningful impact. You will compete with other senior living providers, but with a clear differentiator in access and mission . This role blends relationship-based selling with strong sales discipline and accountability . What You Will Own Build referral relationships with health systems, nursing facilities, and community partners . Generate leads and manage a pipeline of prospective residents and families . Convert referrals into tours and tours into move-ins . Educate families on care needs, timing, and community fit . Maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources and prospects . Represent Sunflower Communities in networking and outreach events . Track performance including lead sources, tours, move-ins, and lost opportunities . What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required. Experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, DME, senior living, home care, hospice, or healthcare sales . Proven ability to generate net-new business and close deals consistently . Strong skills in touring, objection handling, and closing . Experience managing a pipeline with multiple active prospects and timelines . Understanding of conversion metrics, follow-up cadence, and sales discipline . Willingness to travel across Waconia, Elmore, and referral territories .
