Responsibilities:
Oversee all dealership sales operations, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Set clear sales goals and develop strategies to achieve new and used vehicle sales targets. Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance performance and customer engagement. Analyze reports, identify business trends, and implement process improvements. Manage showroom, e-commerce, and phone sales traffic effectively. Handle vehicle trade appraisals and manage inventory in collaboration with the General Manager. Oversee negotiations, ensuring transparency and excellent customer service. Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability for sales operations. Foster a positive work environment, driving employee engagement and development.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of automotive general sales management experience with a proven track record in developing sales staff, managing a sales department and desking and closing deals.
Education:
College degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and make critical business decisions. Apply Today!
