Job Overview Willows Bend Senior Living offers 136 beautifully designed apartment homes and amenities that encourage an engaging, active lifestyle for older adults, which comes with the peace of mind knowing supportive services and care by Ebenezer is available should your needs change. We offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Located along bustling University Ave in Fridley, MN near 694 interchange and adjacent to the M Health Fairview Fridley Clinic, getting to work couldn't be easier due to the convenience of being located right on the bus line and near the Northstar light rail station! Willows Bend Senior Living is developed by Ivy Properties and United Properties, and is managed by Ebenezer, an experienced provider of residential and health care environments since 1917. The Outreach and Sales Director creates and implements a marketing plan aimed at maintaining full occupancy for the Ebenezer senior Assisted Living housing community in Champlin, MN. This position is based primarily in the community and significant time is devoted to working with external referral resources. Schedule includes; 80 hours every two weeks ; Full time Manager on Duty weekend rotation Responsibilities Establishes and supports a sales and marketing plan aimed at full occupancy: Works with corporate marketing department to design and coordinate marketing & sales plans/initiatives Develops and maintains effective, on-going relationships with external referral resources Creates and maintains system for generating new leads Follows Ebenezer Sales System guidelines Ensures that marketing materials are current and available Obtains and analyzes competitive pricing and market area trend information as it relates to the senior housing community In conjunction with the Executive Director and Corporate Marketing Consultant, develops and maintains marketing budgets Schedules and conducts tours Makes recommendations for web content and changes Implements pre-closings and closings of unit sales Maintains data base on current residents Maintains current Occupancy Reporting requirements Manages wait list Promotes positive customer relations: Provides guidance and resources to residents/tenants/families with their transition into and out of their home Creates and maintains positive on-going relationships with customers including prospects, residents, families and professionals Develops and maintains database of contacts, up-to-date records, and tracking per community requirements Builds awareness about community with referral sources and other groups Assists residents/tenants with their transition into and out of their home Serves as resource to residents/tenants and families seeking information: Prepares or obtains materials from community resources and program files Identifies and works with community resources to provide information and educational sessions Organizes referral events, i.e. CEUs, seminars, hosting referral and community events Required Qualifications 3 years proven success in sales, occupancy development, housing, real estate, or business development or 5 years senior living experience Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications
B.S./B.A.
Marketing/Communications 4 years Senior living or healthcare sales experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email marketing platforms, and social media for community outreach and professional engagement Knowledge of CRM platforms (experience with senior living CRMs such as Eldermark, Sherpa, Yardi, or similar strongly preferred) for lead tracking, pipeline management, and occupancy reporting Aging Services of Minnesota Sales and Marketing Certificate Benefit Overview Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time,tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more! The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Qualifications:
$60,923.20- $86,008.00 Annual
