  • Full-time National Sales Manager PortaFab seeks a national sales manager that oversees the overall sales objectives.
Travel to manage our various teams and attend meetings. Lead sales teams, analyze market trends, and foster customer relationships in accordance with company policies. Tasked with budgeting, forecasting, promoting collaboration across departments, and ensuring effective communication.
PURPOSE :
Grow sales by developing and supporting existing and hire new salespeople for multi-state territories.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: Hire, train and manage territory salespeople while completing company goals and objectives within the established time. The successful candidate for this role will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to: Developing and Executing the Sales Plan Hire, train, and develop our salespeople in specified markets. Increase sales by improving distribution network. Represent Company utilizing professional and ethical sales methods. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Help our salespeople and customers. Provide ongoing training programs. Perform joint sales calls with our salespeople. Setting Sales Targets Evaluate current and future distribution needs by market / territory and recommend goals and objectives for each. Find, qualify, and set up new distribution as needed. Managing & Reporting the Sales Pipeline Ensure that sales inquiries are qualified promptly and the next steps in the sales process are performed. Actively participate in problem resolution as necessary Continually monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
SKILLS:
Communication :
Strong written and oral communication skills are for communicating with sales representatives, customers and coworkers across the country or region, especially regarding timely information.
Creativity :
Ability to create innovative sales ideas that help the company grow its revenue and profits. Collaborate with the marketing plans. Sales knowledge : Extensive understanding of sales funnels, processes, and functions. Team management : Ability to lead, motivate and supervise a team can help meet sales goals.
Persuasiveness :
Ability to be persuasive to increase sales and partnerships. Help motivate and encourage employees.
