Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Center Manager to lead our sales and customer engagement efforts. This vital role involves overseeing the daily operations of our business development center, and cultivating strong relationships .with customers before an after the sell. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for sales excellence, and the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline. As a key leader, you will motivate your team to achieve ambitious targets while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining organizational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence growth, expand market reach, and develop innovative strategies in a fast-paced environment. Duties Lead and manage the business development team to meet and exceed sales goals through strategic planning and effective coaching. Cultivate new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, including Social Media, Warm Leads and inbound calls. Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track prospects, follow-ups, and deal progress. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person while demonstrating professional phone etiquette. Support upselling initiatives by identifying additional client needs and presenting tailored solutions to maximize revenue. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing ones. Hiring and training new BDC reps while meeting or exceeding expectations. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive dealership environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities. Demonstrated expertise in managing a sales pipeline using CRM software; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Experience in retail sales, auto industry sales support, or dealership operations is a must. Skilled in outbound sales techniques such as warm lead calling and prospecting; adept at upselling strategies.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per yearBenefits:
