Glance:

We are looking for a skilled, experienced Catering Captain to join our higher educartion team in Marysville, MO. As a Catering Captain, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage catering events to ensure success from start to finish. What you'll be doing: + Overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of events. + Managing event staff. + Ensuring courteous, prompt service for all event functions according to established guidelines. + Assisting in the recruitment and training of new associates. + Any other tasks as necessary. What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

+ At least three years' experience in catering, foodservice, or hospitality. + Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. + Good knowledge of all aspects of event implementation.

Nice-to-haves:

+ Previous experience in a management or supervisory role.
